“I created Perform for Sport because I’m a passionate person who has persevered through a lot as an athlete and person. I’ve created a system which is focused on the performer’s strengths to help the athlete become more self aware, practice self responsibility and enhance their self care so that they can be more mindful in their pursuit of excellence.
