My Story
He/Him/His
Being raised in an athletic family, I have been surrounded by sports for as long as I can remember. I tried every sport imaginable, but it didn’t take long before I was committed to baseball, boxing and golf. Sports not only gave me a productive outlet, but they also allowed me to develop skills such as mobility, hand-eye coordination, strength, speed, and explosiveness which has translated into my day-to-day life. Many people don’t realize it, but our body’s are a work of art and there are countless ways that our body can be manipulated to perform better in all aspects of life. With that being said, our body is a continuous work in progress, but the smoother we move, the better we look and most importantly, feel. As an athlete I have been through many injuries, recovery training, and still have chronic pain. It is through my own training and experience to overcoming pain and preventing future injuries.
My Philosophy
Brandon has been coaching strength, mobility, and movement since 2013. His love for sports, martial arts, and outdoor activities have contributed to his lifelong interest in various movement disciplines. Having trained a wide range of body types and fitness levels, Brandon believes the common denominator for joint health, longevity, and performance is improving movement quality. Many of his clients are 40+ who experience physical issues and pain, and his greatest reward comes from helping others move more and move better.
With our P4L athletes, Brandon’s approach has stemmed from my sport-dense childhood and adult life. His approach to training our P4L Golf community involves providing challenging, yet attainable tasks that allow your body to adapt to various movements on and off the greens. His goal is to help you move more, move better, and move without pain.
Why I Became a Golf Coach
Golf, and athletics in general, have been a way for me to improve myself physically and mentally. Coaching has provided me the unique opportunity to help others achieve the same. I strive to help others feel stronger, faster, and more resilient so that when they are on the course, they feel more poised. When I can help someone get past their worries on the course, they can loosen up, have more fun with their game, play better, and enjoy the round so much more - that's why I coach.
